South Florida boutique brokerage Galleria International Realty joins Compass
Compass’s market share in South Florida is growing. On Monday, Galleria International Realty announced that it is joining Compass.
According to Compass, the Fort Lauderdale-based firm’s team has over 100 years of combined experience and has recorded over $2 billion in combined career sales.
“Bringing Galleria International Realty into the Compass network represents an important step in Compass’s continued growth in South Florida,” Jeff Polashuk, a regional vice president of Compass, said in a statement. “Their legacy on Las Olas Boulevard, combined with decades of market expertise and an impressive record of success, aligns perfectly with our mission to empower agents with best-in-class technology and marketing support.”
Founded in 2009 and led by principal broker Patricia Anglero, the team at Galleria International Realty specializes in luxury residential and commercial real estate. Anglero began her real estate career 20 years ago as a sales executive specializing in luxury high-rise condos. She has managed and directed several large developer accounts over the course of her career.
“As a small business in a fast-paced and competitive market, it became clear that technology and marketing tools, which Compass invests heavily in, were something that would complement our collective knowledge of the industry and our prime location,”Anglero said in a statement. “Compass’s tech platform streamlines lead generation, transaction management and client follow-up, which are an agent’s most time-consuming tasks. Their marketing support will offer our team the support of a wealth of luxury marketing experience and national brand recognition with a strong presence in major U.S. cities.”
Compass’s footprint has expanded drastically over the past few weeks, as the Robert Reffkin-helmed firm recently announced its acquisition of Anywhere Real Estate.
