Kate Gurevich is the new CEO at One Real Mortgage
One Real Mortgage is undergoing a C-suite shuffle. On Tuesday afternoon, Kate Gurevich posted on social media that she’s starting a new position as CEO of the company.
“I am thrilled to share that I am starting a new role as CEO of One Real Mortgage, a division of Real Broker LLC,” Gurevich wrote on LinkedIn.
In her post, Gurevich thanked her past employers and mentors, including Janus Capital Group, W.J. Bradley Mortgage Capital, Guild Mortgage, JPMorgan Chase, Cherry Creek Mortgage and Rook Capital.
For the past three years, Gurevich served as founder and CEO of I Squared Edge Consulting. She told HousingWire that Tuesday is her first day in the new position.
One Real Mortgage, a subsidiary of The Real Brokerage, was most recently headed by Samir Dedhia. A spokesperson for Real told HousingWire that Dedhia is leaving the firm.
“Kate brings clarity, conviction and a long-term lens to everything she builds,” Tamir Poleg, Real’s chairman and CEO, said in a statement. “Real is a technology company at its core, and our ability to deliver an integrated, end-to-end experience is a key differentiator in the industry.
“Kate’s growth mindset and execution discipline make her the right leader to unlock the full potential of One Real Mortgage and extend Real’s platform advantages into lending in a way very few companies can.”
One Real Mortgage has 107 licensed loan officers across four branches, according to data from Modex, and it originated $208.2 million across 620 loans over the past 12 months.
