Coldwell Banker Yost — a longtime real estate firm serving southern West Virginia — has been acquired by Nathan Hendrick and will operate under the new name Coldwell Banker Hendrick Real Estate.

The acquired company has operated in West Virginia for more than 25 years and was previously owned by Steve Yost, who will remain with the firm in a sales role.

“After years of building and growing this company, I’m excited to pass the torch while continuing to do what I love most, helping clients navigate their real estate journeys,” he said. “Staying on in a sales capacity allows me to focus fully on serving our community and clients with the same dedication and passion that has always driven me. I’m confident the company is in great hands and look forward to this next chapter.”

Hendrick, who has more than 15 years of experience in real estate, said he was eager to take on the new role.

“When the opportunity arose to be the owner with one of the most successful real estate brands in the world, I jumped at the chance,” he said. “To be involved with such a powerful brand that continues to innovate and attract consumers around the globe gives me and the Coldwell Banker Hendrick Real Estate agents a major advantage over our competitors.”

Jason Waugh, president of Coldwell Banker Affiliates, welcomed Hendrick to the company’s network.

“We are honored to welcome Nathan as the new owner of Coldwell Banker Hendrick Real Estate,” Waugh said. “Affiliated agents at Coldwell Banker Hendrick Real Estate will continue to receive the same world-class brand recognition they are accustomed to as they grow their business under Nate’s leadership.”
